Healthcare Power of Attorneys and Estate Planning

On Behalf of | Apr 14, 2020 | Firm News |

The time to make sure you have a Healthcare Power of Attorney and a Will is before you need them.  Act now while you are able to sign legal documents.

A Healthcare Power of Attorney, also known as Healthcare POA, once signed by you, authorizes the person you name in it as your agent to make healthcare decisions on your behalf if you are not able due to illness, injury, or incapacity.

The health risks presented by the Coronavirus and other risks that are always present, such as the possibility of being injured in a car accident, make it good planning to have a Will and a Power of Attorney in place.
